Please take a moment to review the Terms & Conditions of Aarika Resorts & Hotels before making your booking. These guidelines outline our booking, cancellation, modification, and stay policies, helping ensure a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free experience throughout your journey with us.

Reservation Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after the payment has been completed.
  • A confirmation message or email will be sent by Aarika Resorts & Hotels once your booking is confirmed.
  • Guests are requested to carefully review all booking details upon receiving the confirmation.
  • Any discrepancies in the booking details should be reported to Aarika Resorts & Hotels at the earliest.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the same platform used to make the booking or by contacting our support team directly.

The following cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation:

  1. Cancellation on the same day as the booking: A flat cancellation charge of INR 1,500 will apply.
  2. Cancellation 7-14 days before the start of the trip: 25% of the total booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  3. Cancellation 3-7 days before the start of the trip: 50% of the total booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  4. Cancellation 0-2 days before the start of the trip: 100% of the total booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee, and no refund will be provided.

Refund Processing

If a refund is applicable as per the cancellation policy:

  • The refund will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Refund processing may take 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice or cancellation, the booking will be treated as a No-Show. In such cases, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

Booking Modifications

Requests to modify booking dates may be accommodated, subject to the following:

  • Availability at the selected property
  • Any applicable difference in-room rates or package prices
  • Approval from the management

Third-Party Bookings

If your reservation is made through a third-party travel platform or booking partner, the cancellation and refund policies of that platform may apply in addition to Aarika Resorts & Hotels' own policies.
