Aarika Resorts & Hotels is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join its growing hospitality sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest enquiries, promoting resorts and hospitality services, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and building strong customer relationships..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
  • Follow up on enquiries received through the website, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
  • Promote resort stays, holiday packages, villas, and hospitality services.
  • Convert potential leads into confirmed reservations.
  • Explain property details, packages, pricing, and available offers to prospective guests.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up reports using CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with reservation and property teams to ensure smooth booking processes.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and generating repeat bookings.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Fluency in English and Kannada; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
  • Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, travel, telesales, or reservations is preferred.
  • A positive attitude, professional approach, and target-oriented mindset
