All-Rounder – Property Maintenance & Utility Staff

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Hanchinamane Heritage is looking for a dependable and versatile All-Rounder to support general property upkeep, outdoor maintenance, and essential utility operations while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and perform basic maintenance of the swimming pool.
• Monitor and operate the generator when required, subject to appropriate training.
• Maintain outdoor spaces, gardens, and common areas.
• Monitor hot water boilers, solar water systems, and related utilities.
• Wash and maintain the owner's vehicle.
• Assist the housekeeping team and other departments as required.
• Support daily property operations during busy periods.
• Monitor property conditions during assigned off-hours duties.
• Reside in the designated staff accommodation near the homestay.
• Respond to assigned emergency calls and promptly inform management of breakdowns, safety concerns, or maintenance issues.

Candidate Requirements:

Candidates should have basic property maintenance knowledge, be reliable, possess problem-solving skills, and be able to coordinate effectively with other departments. Relevant experience in hospitality or property maintenance is preferred.
